Ready to Roll… Lynn Fields, a Houston-native, graduated from Bellaire Sr. High, joined the illustrious Sisterhood of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority at Lamar University, Lynn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems at The University of St. Thomas. After 20+ years, pursuing her career in Information Technology, in 2020, Lynn decided to take a leap of faith and branch out from part-time catering to fully invest in Saucy Nosh Food Truck & Catering. And now this Houston native is on a Roll. March 2017, Lynn introduced her Burrito-sized Southern Stuffed Eggrolls and NEVER rolled back.
